John Mellencamp - Scarecrow: Remastered - Mercury
This newly remixed and remastered edition of John Mellencamp's Scarecrow features the original album, a full disc or rare and previously unreleased tracks, an ATMOS and new hi-res stereo mix of the album and bonus tracks on Blu-ray disc, a 180-gram LP cut at half-speed, a 7" single of "Small Town" with original picture sleeve, lithographs, a poster, and booklet with a new essay by Anthony DeCurtis.
Steely Dan - Can't Buy A Thrill - Geffen
At long last, the classic Steely Dan catalog is back on vinyl. Led by Walter Becker and Donald Fagen, Steely Dan released 7 albums from 1972-1980. The vinyl series kicks off with Can't Buy A Thrill (celebrating its 50th-anniversary) which features the band’s breakthrough hits, “Do It Again,” “Reelin’ in the Years,” and the recently viral, “Dirty Work.” 180-gram LP.
Alicia Keys - Santa Baby - Alicia Keys Records
The 11-track album will feature Alicia Keys' soulful, raw, fresh reimagining of seven beloved holiday classics as well as four original songs written by Keys. The album was recorded this summer while Alicia was on her sold-out European tour. "I love this music! It feels so good!" says Keys.
